Simple Steps To Place Your Order(s)
Step 1: Shop and Pick your favourite fabric bag
Step 2: Place your order by email to trickydada@hotmail.com with the details as below:
* Name
* Contact No.
* Email address
* Mailing Address
* Product code
* Preferred colors
* Quantity Step
Step 3: All confirmed orders are to be prepaid and bank in cash to our Maybank account provided to you via email or SMS. Please SMS/email us once cash payment is made.
Step 4: Generally, please allow 3 – 4 days for delivery upon full payment received, except products with status: Pre-Order, the delivery will take up to 5 - 10 days for delivery.
Terms & Conditions
1. All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable as we always carefully recheck every item ordered by Customers before we post the items.
2. First-Come-First-Basis Policy: Once we have confirmed that products are available and reserved, Customers are required to make full payment within 48-Hours. Otherwise, the products will be sold to the next Customers.
3. All sales transaction via Pretty Naraya is in Ringgit Malaysia ( RM). Sales outside Malaysia will be based on foreign currency exchange by the daily bank exchange rate.
4. Postage fee will be advised when we confirms Customers orders with the final payable amount.
Courier fees estimations
* Within Penisular Malaysia: MYR6 (Less than 500gm)
* Sabah/Sarawak: MYR9 (Less than 500gm)
* Outside of Malaysia: To be advised upon puchase
